Welded frame. Caster quad-steer for true tracking which will allow the operator to manually maneuver the dolly to it's lineside position. The manual rotating deck positions the container to minimize over reaching and lifting. Turntable release handle located by tow bar. Available in custom sizes, deck heights and configurations.
